Shop Assistant, Rental & Ticket Sales

Are you passionate about great service and guest experiences?
Skimore Drammen is looking for new team members who want to help create memorable days for our guests. You’ll be assisting with everything from selling lift tickets and renting out ski and snowboard equipment, to selling products that make the day on the slopes complete.

Main tasks:

• Operate the cash register and sell tickets
• Rent out and adjust ski equipment
• Handle stock and restock shelves
• Keep the area tidy and presentable
• Provide excellent service – always a little more than the guest expects

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience from retail, sales, or customer service (an advantage, but not required)
• Is positive, service-minded, and solution-oriented
• Handles busy periods with calm and a good attitude

Lift Operator / Top Station Attendant

As a lift operator, you play a key role in the resort – ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience when they go skiing or biking.

Main tasks:

• Ensure safe loading and unloading on lifts
• Maintain the snow surface and area around the lift
• Be attentive to guests and provide great service
• Create a positive atmosphere and communicate with guests throughout the day
• Handle busy periods with professionalism and a smile

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Service-minded, attentive, and responsible
• Enjoys physical work and a fast-paced environment

Trail Crew – Maintenance & Trail Building

Do you enjoy working outdoors and like physical work?
We’re looking for motivated people to join our trail crew, maintaining and developing our bike trails. This is an exciting part-time role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the experience for our biking guests. Primarily from the 2026 season, but with possibilities for earlier start.

Main tasks:

• Maintenance and repair of existing trails
• Building and developing new trails and features
• Ensuring trails are safe, secure, and fun to ride
• Practical work with tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Driver’s license (Class B) is an advantage
• Interest in biking and outdoor work
• Positive, solution-oriented, and a good team player
• Practical mindset and enjoys physical work

Park Manager & Shapers

Are you passionate about terrain parks?
We’re looking for dedicated shapers to help develop, build, and maintain our park throughout the winter season. You’ll be part of a committed team that ensures the park is always in top condition – giving guests the best possible experience, whether they’re hitting their first jumps or perfecting new tricks.

Main tasks:

• Daily maintenance of jumps, rails, and other park features
• Assist in building and developing new features and lines
• Ensure the park is safe, fun, and inspiring for all skill levels
• Communicate with guests and contribute to a great atmosphere
• Work closely with machine operators and the rest of the park team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in park building, skiing/snowboarding, and the park community
• Is creative, dedicated, and detail-oriented
• Can handle outdoor physical work in all weather conditions
• Works well independently and in a team
• Is safety-conscious and takes responsibility for keeping the park secure
