All our memberships are annual memberships with duration and commitment for 12 months.
The binding period runs from the start date as stated in the Membership Agreement.
The membership is automatically renewed for a new year, if it is not terminated before the end of the period. Invoices run per year or per month (optional), and sent out in advance.
The buyer of the membership receives a notification well in advance of the renewal. You can stop the renewal at any time in the app. If you wish to terminate before the end of the period, you must pay the remaining monthly installments of the period.
Keycard is required and not included.
Recognizable facial image required. All ski passes are personal. Using another person's membership card or providing incorrect personal information entails a fee of NOK 1,500.

NOK 75 fee for a lost or forgotten keycard.

Seniors aged 80 and over receive a free Guest Pass on presentation of identification at the ticket office. Keycard is required and not included.

Municipal companion card: free guest pass can be picked up at the ticket office. Both the companion (over 18 years) and the person being accompanied must be present. A valid municipal companion certificate with photo must be presented. Anyone with an accompanying card must purchase/have a valid lift pass when collecting a free guest pass.
