Storage cabinet
With us you can rent practical storage lockers for boots, bags, sacks and equipment. The lockers are located on the first floor of Arontunet Lodge, and are available during the ski resort's regular opening hours.
You can choose between daily rental or several days:
• Daily rental: Valid for the selected date, within the facility's opening hours on the same day.
• Overnight: If you want to leave equipment in the locker overnight, you must book two days (for example, Saturday and Sunday).
Here's how it works:
1. Select the desired rental period.
2. Book and pay easily online with Vipps.
3. You will receive a code/access information via SMS.
4. Find your locker on the first floor of Arontunet Lodge and lock your equipment.
Important to know:
• The lockers are only intended for boots, bags, sacks and equipment. There is no space for storing skis and poles.
• You are responsible for the contents of the locker, so make sure the locker is always locked.
• When the rental period has expired, the locker may be opened and emptied, so remember to take your equipment with you before the facility closes on the last day of rental.
When you proceed to booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions for renting storage lockers.
Terms and Conditions for Rental of Storage Lockers
1. Parties and Scope
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the rental of storage lockers (lockers) at Drammen Skisenter AS (hereinafter referred to as “the Ski Resort”).
1.2 The agreement is entered into between the Ski Resort and the person who books and pays for the locker (hereinafter referred to as “the Renter”).
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Lockers are booked online via Skimore.no and paid for using Vipps.
2.2 The agreement is considered binding once payment has been registered and the Renter has received confirmation by SMS.
2.3 The booking is personal and may not be transferred to others without the consent of the Ski Resort.
3. Rental Period and Access
3.1 The lockers are located on the ground floor of Arontunet Lodge and are accessible during the Ski Resort’s regular opening hours.
3.2 Day rental applies to the day selected at the time of booking and is valid only during the resort’s opening hours on that day.
3.3 If the Renter wishes to store equipment overnight (from one operating day to the next), at least two days must be booked and paid for.
3.4 Unused or partially used rental periods are non-refundable.
4. Use of the Locker
4.1 The locker is intended solely for the storage of ski equipment such as backpacks, boots, and clothing. There is no space for skis and poles.
4.2 The Renter must treat the locker with care and is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
4.3 The locker must be kept closed and locked when not in use.
5. Key/Code, Loss and Breach of Terms
5.1 Access to the locker is provided via a code, as specified in the booking system.
5.2 The Renter must not share the code with unauthorized persons.
5.3 In the event of a lost code or if assistance is required to open the locker, the Ski Resort may charge a fee for replacement/administration.
5.4 If the Renter uses the locker in breach of these terms, or if the rental period has expired, the Ski Resort may open the locker, remove its contents, and make the locker available for new rental.
6. Responsibility for Contents – Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Renter is fully responsible for the items placed in the locker.
6.2 The Ski Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to items stored in the locker, unless the loss is clearly caused by gross negligence on the part of the Ski Resort.
6.3 The Renter is advised to have personal insurance covering loss or damage to personal belongings.
6.4 The Ski Resort is not liable for indirect loss, consequential damages, or financial loss resulting from lack of access to the locker (for example due to technical failure), beyond what is required under mandatory Norwegian law.
7. End of Rental, Emptying of Lockers and Lost Property
7.1 The Renter is obliged to empty and lock the locker at the end of the paid rental period.
7.2 After the rental period has expired, the Ski Resort may open and empty the locker without further notice.
7.3 Items removed from the locker after the rental period has expired will be treated as lost property and stored for a limited period, normally one month after the end of the season, before being disposed of or donated to charity.
8. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Locker rental is linked to a specific date/period in connection with leisure activities (use of the ski resort). Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, such time-specific leisure services are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
8.2 By booking a specific date/period, the Renter therefore accepts that there is no right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act.
9. Personal Data
9.1 The Ski Resort processes personal data about the Renter (such as name, contact details, rental period, and payment reference) in order to administer the rental agreement.
9.2 Payment is processed via Vipps in accordance with Vipps’ own terms and conditions. (Link to Vipps’ terms.)

10. Amendments and Disputes
10.1 The Ski Resort may update these terms and conditions when necessary.
10.2 The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be sought resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the dispute may be brought before the ordinary courts, with venue in Buskerud District Court.
